I've been so busy out on the road promoting my new book that I forgot to post here about it! I've been sitting on this one for a long time, but this was my pandemic baby. I started it many years ago, and then in the summer of 2020 at the urging of a few friends I'd discussed the concept with, I decided to get back on the horse and finished it later that year. This book really taught me the value of the rewrite process, and I'm so grateful for all the friends who encouraged me during the process, those who read numerous drafts and helped me get to the finish line. I also have to thank Nick Beyeler from Absinthe for stepping up, putting on my grandad's cowboy shirt and getting scolded by park wardens for being dangerously handsome while I shot the cover art.
